Now Hiring: Mowing & Landscape Crew Members
We’re looking to add a few hardworking, dependable people to our team for the upcoming season. We have several positions available for both experienced mowing crew members and general landscape crew members.
We are currently looking for two people with mowing experience to join our mowing crew. Ideal candidates should have experience with residential and/or commercial lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off walkways and driveways, and keeping properties looking clean and professional. Experience operating zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers is a plus.
We are also looking for two to three additional crew members to help with landscaping work such as mulching, pruning, planting, garden bed cleanups, edging, seasonal cleanups, and general property maintenance. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right people who show up on time, work hard, and take pride in doing quality work.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and able to handle physical labor throughout the day. We’re looking for people who are reliable, respectful, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are important.
Responsibilities may include:
Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
Mulching, pruning, planting, and bed maintenance
Spring and seasonal cleanups
Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
Working with the crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
Prior mowing experience preferred for mowing crew positions
Landscaping experience preferred, but not required
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
Valid driver’s license is a plus
